Incident
A 999 call identifies a serious or time-critical incident.
Critical care. Connected.
C3R connects frontline responders with senior clinical expertise in real time — helping teams make confident decisions in the critical minutes before conventional care arrives.

When every minute counts
Police officers, fire and rescue crews, ambulance teams and remote responders are often first at the scene. Rapid EPR gives them a direct, secure live-video link to specialist clinical support — turning distance into immediate access.
Rapid EPR / Emergency services pathway
A clear operational pathway designed for police, fire and rescue, and ambulance responders working at the frontline.
A 999 call identifies a serious or time-critical incident.
A police, fire and rescue, or ambulance responder assesses the situation and initiates Rapid EPR.
Secure video places a specialist clinician virtually at the patient’s side.
The responder receives clear, real-time support until ambulance care arrives.
Rapid‑EPR / Electronic Patient Record
A ruggedised, portable electronic patient record combining optional wireless vital-sign capture, display and transmission with high-definition video consultation. Rapid‑EPR extends senior clinical support into remote environments across land, sea and air.
The Android platform is configurable for military and civil-contingency medical needs, including language localisation and incremental data capture from the Point of Injury through to Role 3.

Configure to mission needOperational use
Designed for tactical field care and prolonged field care, the core solution can be configured for the mission using a range of point-of-care monitoring devices.
Rapid-MCI / Mass Casualty Incident
Rapid-MCI is an Android-based incident ground-control and situational-awareness platform designed for major incidents, including CBRNE events and multiple-firearms terrorist attacks.
It gives commanders a live operational picture, supports rapid triage and resource allocation, and geolocates casualties to reduce the risk of anyone being left behind.

Real-time control and allocation of teams, assets and resources to strengthen scene management.

Demand matched to capacitySupports enhanced MIST and 9-Line communication using a digital Zap Patch workflow.
Structured operational handoverThe platform is currently in operational trials with specialist European police medical personnel and a UK infantry unit.

Rapid-ACE / Autonomous Casualty Evacuation
The Autonomous Casualty Evacuation system is a casualty pod designed for attachment to a heavy-lift unmanned aerial vehicle or light armoured vehicle.
Rapid-ACE combines autonomous vital-sign monitoring, defibrillation and ventilation with commercial off-the-shelf wearables and digital imaging. The system monitors the casualty throughout the CASEVAC mission and identifies signs of clinical deterioration.
Designed for integration with heavy-lift UAV and LAV evacuation platforms.
Continuous vital-sign capture and digital observation during transit.
Integrated defibrillator and ventilator support within the casualty pod.
